Refund policy

Returns. You can return an unused case in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, email hello@hushcase.co with your order number.

Refunds. Once we receive and check your return we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Wrong model or colour. Cases are made for one specific iPhone model, so please choose carefully before you order. If you ordered the wrong model or colour, contact us within 30 days and we will help.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items. If your case arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@hushcase.co with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Cancellations. Email us as soon as you can. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can cancel it for a full refund.
