Warranty and liability. Products are sold as described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law. A phone case cannot guarantee protection from every drop or damage.

Intellectual property. Content on this site belongs to Hushcase or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Hushcase is based.
