Shipping policy

Where we ship. Hushcase ships to most countries worldwide, including Canada and the United States. We cannot currently ship to countries in Africa or South America.

Free shipping. Orders of 2 or more cases ship free.

Processing time. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment.

Delivery time. Standard shipping usually takes 10 to 20 business days. Express shipping (Canada only) usually takes 7 to 10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs or carrier delays can happen.

Packaging. Every order is sent in neutral, unbranded packaging.

Tracking. Tracking information is emailed to you within 3 business days after you place your order.

Duties and taxes. Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
